At AlterEyes I developed a lot of projects where you could safely learn a skill in VR. A prime example is the Comfort Energy project we did. In it someone could learn how to operate a fuel truck. This allowed our client Comfort Energy to safely train new employees virtually first, before taking them on the road. I developed almost all of the systems you can see in the project, and it has a lot of them. Grabbing, snapping, levers, buttons, touchable UI, hand posing, a tutorial system, this project had it all!

A collection of screenshots from the Comfort Energy application showing off the different interactions.

Another fun project was the one we did for Fostplus in collaboration with The Smurfs. In the application we teach kids how to sort their waste properly. The kids are greeted by a friendly smurf asking them to help him clean his house. You use different tools to grab objects around the house, sorting them properly. This project tried to balance entertainment and education in a lovely short experience. Fostplus toured the application around the country.
